What is required from me after booking my session?
After booking a date and time for your session, Eric will email you the contract for your session containing important information about his policies regarding payment, cancellation fees, late fees, and the required deposit before your session.
When should I expect my photo gallery to arrive?
Eric will send you edited previews from the shoot 1-2 days after the session. He then will email you the gallery containing all edited photos within about 3-5 business days. However, during the Spring graduation season that may vary. If you need your gallery by a specific date, please let Eric know.
Can I reschedule my session?
Rescheduling your session is allowed and free! However, If you cancel your shoot less than 48 hours before the session, you will be charged a fee. Please keep in mind Eric is busy with other client sessions so you will have to work with his availability when rescheduling.
What can I do with my gallery?
Once you receive the email from Eric containing your photo gallery, you can download, share, and order prints of any of the images. Any prints ordered through the gallery help support Eric!
What edits are made to my images?
After your session, Eric will edit your images using a software called Adobe Lightroom which allows him to adjust the brightness, colors, and remove any unwanted parts of the image. Eric will not make any changes to your physical appearance.
Can I bring guests, family, or loved ones?
Eric allows you to bring guests to assist you during the session or for group photos. Eric also has an assistant that can help carry anything as we travel between locations. If you wanted to have family members or a spouse attend for a few photos during your graduation photo session, please let Eric know ahead of time!
